When you send a request or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email and what you tell us about your villa. We use it to reply, to plan your turnovers and to send invoices.
Door codes and calendars
Door codes and calendar links stay with the crew assigned to your villa. We never post them in a group chat or share them with another owner.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people who work on your villa and with service providers who help us run the business, such as a payment processor.
Your choices
